Multiple city tour of Bloodline - A Solo show!

Dear friends and supporters,
My name is Paris Crayton III and I am thrilled to announce the upcoming tour of my one-man show, "Bloodline." This production is incredibly personal to me, as it explores my own family history and the intricate layers of my identity. I've been working tirelessly on "Bloodline" for years, and I am excited to bring this piece to audiences across the country. The second and third stops on the tour will be the Cincy Fringe Festival, June 7th - 12th, and the KC Fringe Festival, July 14th - 30th. More dates for Syracuse, NY are in the works.
Recently, "Bloodline" was featured at the Orlando Fringe Winter Mini-Fest, where it received rave reviews and won both the "Critic's Choice" and "Staff Pick" awards. Here's what Orlando Weekly had to say about the show:
"This deeply moving one-man show puts the playwright in the shoes of both his paternal grandfather Paris and his father Paris Jr., as he bravely traces the impact of their traumas on his own life with remarkable empathy for their flaws.
Righteous anger at racism rubs up against rebellious explorations of sexuality, all wrapped up in Crayton’s carefully crafted prose, which is both achingly poetic and authentically raw."
As an independent artist, I am seeking support to help fund this tour and bring "Bloodline" to as many communities as possible. Your contribution will help cover the costs of travel, lodging, marketing, and other production expenses. Every dollar counts, and your generosity means the world to me.
One of the central themes of "Bloodline" is the exploration of positive black masculine affection. As a black man, I recognize the importance of depicting positive and healthy relationships between black men, both on and off stage. Unfortunately, mainstream media often perpetuates harmful and negative stereotypes of black masculinity, which can have damaging effects on individuals and communities. I aim to challenge these stereotypes and provide a rare onstage look into positive affection between fathers, sons, and men alone with themselves.
As an independent artist, I am seeking support to help fund this tour and bring "Bloodline" to as many communities as possible. Your contribution will help cover the costs of travel, lodging, marketing, and other production expenses. I firmly believe that "Bloodline" has the power to touch and transform lives, and I am grateful for any help you can provide in making this tour a reality.
Thank you for your consideration, and I can't wait to share this journey with you all.
Sincerely,
Paris Crayton III
