Vince and Melita Mullin Emergency Relief Funds

Vince and Melita Mullin have been going through a very tough time over the last several months. It started around February with Melita getting very sick and almost dying in the hospital. Vince had to close their business in Miramichi NB temporarily to be by Melita's side. Then COVID hit and Vince had to struggle to find another way to run their business while Melita's health improved slowly. If this was not enough they recently experienced a devastating fire in their home.
IN THE WORDS OF VINCE MULLIN..."In case you have not heard... Melita and I had a fire here at our home. It seemed to start in one shed, and burned the other as well. Did some pretty significant damage to the house and cars. Windows blown out, siding on house melted off. Fire dept said I was minutes from losing my house. The woods was on fire and I won't even get into the losses. I can honestly say tho that I would have nothing today had it not been for a dream team of neighbors and of course the Miramichi fire department Thanks to you all. I will expand more on the thank yous and names etc. I'm just all I right now. I feel fortunate that we're all alive most of all and that this did not affect any of my neighbors properties. Love you all. Melita and Vince."
Since this post we have learned that at some point the freezer they had full to the brim with a good stock of meats stopped working and everything spoiled.
The stress of all these events taking place has set back Melita's recovery.
It is our hope that with this fundraising campaign we can get Vince and Melita some relief and time to breath while they deal with the fire and health issues. Their insurance is pushing back and they are being told many things they lost may not be replaced.
Any amount that you can donate will help this wonderful couple through this very tough time. They are wonderful people and sometimes we all just need a helping hand to get us through the rough times until we can get back on our feet.
