I haven't had a haircut since COVID began, and I said I wouldn’t get one until I'm vaccinated. On April 28, I received my second shot and will be fully vaccinated in a few weeks. To celebrate, I'm getting a haircut! But not just any haircut - a haircut to have some fun and do some good. This one will be a two stager: I'll start by cutting the business in the front, and after a period of time (which your donation will determine), I'll address the party in the back.

Why am I doing this? Well, as many others have noted, this pandemic has radically exposed the inequities of our society. While I've been safely and happily working from home, enjoying more time with my family and spending time outdoors, many families have faced terrible hardships. I am very grateful and fortunate for my situation, so I'd like to take the opportunity to do some good and help families in need.

I'm raising money to benefit Bay Area Crisis Nursery, and any donation will help make an impact. I've set an initial goal of $2,500. If we raise $1,000, I'll keep the mullet for a week. At least $2,500, I'll keep it for two weeks. If we can get to $5,000, I'll keep my mullet for 3 weeks, and if we can raise $10,000, I'll keep it for a month.

I'm open to secondary fundraising suggestions, such as an extra $500 donation to keep a rattail for a week after the mullet. Please contact me with ideas.
