These medical expenses are not covered by any insurance benefits . The costs are for Veinous Stem Cell treatments for Asbestosis , related COPD, and Pulmonary Hypertension . A condition which the medical community says there is no cure for, and the prognosis is poor, with a life expectancy of 5 to 7 years. This treatment will afford me the ability to repair damaged lung tissue and repair the heart vessel that pumps blood to my lungs so I can breath without distress. There is a success rate of 87% from the Lung Institute of Tampa Florida. Without it I have a life expectancy of 5 to 7 years .
