Muff Field Cricket Club Vision for the Future

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, my local cricket club (Muff FieldCricket Club - MFCC) is currently not able to play any matches this season. Subscription fees and money made over the bar are our regular main sources of income which keeps the club running.
Many now fear for the club's future as we can no longer source the finances to maintain our club without games this summer. This is not only a worry for the two mens XI's we field every saturday, but more importantly a worry for the junior all stars cricket players who are eagerly looking forward to just getting out and learning about cricket at the club every week.
Volunteers already offer their efforts, diligently maintaining the ground ready for the playing season and we hope there will be time for some cricket by the end of the summer. We are a fantastic family cricket club and any donations will contribute towards ensuring players of all ages get to play cricket at Muff Field Cricket Club once more when this is all over.
