My name is Ekram Ibrahim and I am in Edmonton, Alberta. I’m reaching out to ask for your support for a beautiful little girl named Mufarahat.
Mufarahat is a joyful 4-year-old who lives with her family in a small rural town in Ethiopia. A few days ago, she suffered a serious fall while playing and fractured her clavicle (collarbone). Unfortunately, due to the severity of the fracture and the limited medical facilities in her town, she needs urgent surgery that can only be performed in the capital city, Addis Ababa.
The cost of travel, surgery, and post-surgery rehabilitation is far beyond what her family can afford. They are doing everything they can, but without outside help, Mufarahat will not get the care she urgently needs. Without surgery, she risks long-term pain, limited arm movement, and complications that could affect her development.

- Travel and accommodation costs to Addis Ababa for Mufarahat and her parents
- Surgical fees and hospital stay
- Rehabilitation and follow-up visits
- Food and basic necessities during recovery
