This is Martha Wall fundraising on behalf of Lin-Yu Diaz, who was suddenly evacuated from her home on Olema Road in Fairfax on January 13 due to a serious mudslide from the hill behind her home. Her building and the others in her complex are all red-tagged. She was given only minutes notice by the Fire Dept and had to leave with the bare minimum - just what she could toss in her car. She's sleeping on a friend's couch and is searching for a new place to live. But meanwhile, she's going to need EVERYTHING, and that starts with cash, for a renter's deposit, household items, you name it. I hope I can get her into an Airbnb for a few weeks to create some stability. This is such a shock. Let's help her keep her life together. Please be generous!
