I get asked all the time why the hell, for the past 15 years, have I been doing these crazy obstacle course races. At 60 years old, does that make me insane? Do I love pain that much? Am I going through a long-term midlife crisis? Is it for the free swag and beer? Do I enjoy getting new scars every year? Maybe... but I enthusiastically do it to raise money to support MUSACK, Inc. This incredible organization is dedicated to giving children and teens a voice through music by providing instruments and support for music teachers.
