Phase 1: Construction of physical building - COMPLETE

Phase 2: Installation of running water with solar power and plumbing - COMPLETE - THANKS TO YOU AND RECENT FUNDRAISING!!!

Phase 3: Procurement and installation of equipment and supplies, staff training and community outreach activities - FUNDING NEEDED
