Hello everyone…our dear friend Leah (single mom to 3 beautiful young children) suffered a stroke earlier this year. It was really scary for her in the beginning as she was hospitalized a couple of times. The doctors told her she would be in a wheel chair for the rest of her life and not be able to walk again but Leah proved them wrong. She has triumphed over this and is able to walk short distances albeit with extreme difficulty and with the assistance of a cane. Simple day to day tasks continue to be a challenge for her. It will be a long road to recovery and while her spirit and determination remain strong, she will not be able to work in the foreseeable future. Any financial help for her household bills and medical expenses would be truly appreciated.
