Much Needed Surgery and Help with Graduate School

Hello, my name is Leza. I am Registered Nurse.
I recently have been having health problems. I have had to have several blood transfusions and hospitalizations. It was discovered that I have uterine fibroids. I was told that because I’m over 40, a hysterectomy is my only option. As a nurse, I know of the implications of this surgery. I also am not sure if I am ready to give up having more children because I had a daughter that died at 6 months and I feel as though I am not completely ready to close this chapter. I decided to search around for a second opinion. I found a place in my area that specializes in innovative gynecological procedures and they want to perform a biopsy procedure and remove the fibroids directly in my uterus. They were happy to help me because they agreed that most minority women are often pushed to have hysterectomies without other options. I have health insurance but they will not cover the procedure. Normally I would work as much as I could to cover the costs but I am unable due to hours being cut at jobs due to COVID19. I am also in school and cannot cover the cost of my class this term. I am pursuing and Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Nursing with a Concentration in Leadership and Administration that will help me advance in my nursing career.
