Mubaku Community Education Fund

Mubaku Community Conservation Organization (MUCCO) is located in northwest Uganda, this village lies across Lake Albert from the Democratic Republic of Congo, virtually in the heart of central Africa and bordering Murchison Falls National Park to the southern bank of the River Nile. This community is in desperate need of an educational facility, in order to provide a safe and inspiring environment for the children of this region. It is our hope that, through education, an environment is created that will deter poverty and school drop out,  along with fostering a life long love for learning and sense of community pride. The land is available, yet the funds to build an actual structure are not. Our goal is to make a difference in the life of others less fortunate than ourselves, recognizing that a simple act of kindness can make all the difference.....the cost of a single 4 room building is approximately $10,000  and your contributions  will make it a reality.

In 2014 MUCCO was incorporated in Ngwedo Sub County, Buliisa district as a not for profit  Community Based Organization (CBO) with registration number CD/037/16/17.
