Prince is the loving companion/service animal to my friend and roommate Joshua Auman.  Josh is a veteran of the United States Air Force and yesterday, in an unfortunate chain of events was attacked by another dog in front of our home.  Most wounds were superficial, however, we took him to the vet just to be on the safe side.  After x-rays it was determined that Prince's leg was broken in two places.   The vet insisted that Prince needed surgery to go in and set the bone so that it could heal properly.  That surgery was quoted at 3-4 thousand dollars.  Josh is beside himself, and understandably so, Prince is more than just a pet.  He is family and Josh's personal fur baby.  Please help any way you can.  I am setting the goal at $2,000, to assist with medical expenses.  Please keep in mind that if the goal is not reached, nothing happens.  I informed Josh that I would be trying to set this up to help out with things.  If for some reason more money is donated than is needed for the surgery - Josh plans to donate the rest to charity - he has not decided which one yet.  But it will be dealing with some sort of rescue for other fur babies.  Thank you all for your support.
