My name is Sara Amport and I am currently a junior pre-veterinarian major at Hiram College. I recently got accepted into a program called Loop Abroad that provides programs for pre-veterinarian students to study abroad in Thailand to work and learn alongside veterinarians for two weeks at the Ark Dog Shelter and the Elephant Nature Park. Along with this, we will be experiencing Thailand's culture by visiting local marketplaces, temples and other cultural places. My tuition goes towards these foundations to help fund food, medicine, and care for the animals. This opportunity will be a life-changing experience for me and help me stand out as a competitor for veterinarian school. I will be learning so much not only with being able to work with majestic creatures like elephants but also getting to experience another country's culture. My trip is from June 11- June 26 so I am in need of funds as soon as possible! I will be forever grateful if you are able to donate to my trip to Thailand.
