Autopsy for Big Ralph Pepino

On October 27, 2020, local health legend Ralph Pepino underwent a minor surgery to remove cataracts.  Within hours of getting home, he suddenly passed away.

We are shocked and devastated.  Big Ralph was one of the strongest and most disciplined people around.  We all -- family, friends, and clients -- want answers. 

We requested an autopsy from the state medical examiner, but he did not feel it was warranted. With funeral expenses already at $20,000, we hope to raise enough money to privately fund an autopsy and find closure.

As Ralph always said, "Your health is your wealth!" He dedicated his life to helping us all. We owe it to him now to find the truth and keep his legacy alive.
