Help Us Build a Drumming Dojo

Moab Taiko Dan (MTD)  performs traditional Japanese Taiko songs and original compositions at festivals, footraces, and community events in scenic Moab, UT. Founded in 1994, we are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing a unique cultural service in our desert community. Watch this short video to  see for yourself.

After twenty-two years of drumming in basements, school band rooms, and other "borrowed" spaces, it's time for us to have our own home: a real Taiko dojo with storage for our beautiful drums, a big practice floor, and no close neighbors to complain about the "noise."

This campaign will cover the downpayment on a building or piece of land. Real estate in Moab, UT, is not cheap. We need a lot of help to make this dream come true. Every dollar put into this fund gets us a little bit closer, and we are eternally grateful for the support of our friends, near and far.

One day, we hope to invite all our loyal fans to a free house-warming concert in our beautiful new dojo. Would you like to be there, as the joyful beats fill the room with our gratitude? Please help make it happen with your generous contribution today!

Donation levels:
