Hello, I’m collecting funds to save my beloved boy Baloo, who has been at my side through so many major life-changing events… and i’m hoping will be there with me for at least a few more.

Baloo was recently diagnosed with melanoma via a tumor that sprang up in his lower jaw just after this past Christmas. Since then he’s gone through a biopsy, numerous expensive tests, and visits with specialists. The tumor seems to get bigger each week, but as of right now, it has not yet shown to have spread to his lymph nodes or lungs.

So time is of the essence. We are aiming to cover the costs for surgical removal of the tumor and surrounding tissue, as well as testing to ensure total removal and hospital stay.

Whatever you can spare will help significantly. He still has so much energy when it comes to playing, so much love to give (even as type this he is curled up in my lap, still totally oblivious that he’s about 50 lbs over typical lapdog weight).

In the summer we will be moving to a new place with a big yard that I envisioned him frolicking in and making his own. Your donation will help ensure he will reach that yard, and all the new smells and space to run freely that he deserves.
