Mt.Airy,MD Skatepark Project

Please join us in making a difference! I'm raising money to bring a skatepark back Mt.Airy, MD. The design we are raising funds for will allow people of all skill levels to safely ride!!! We are focusing on phase1, a pump track that will accommodate people on skates, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, bikes, and even strollers. We will continue to grow the park as funds are raised and add features for more advanced athletes as we build. Our community needs a safe place for these athletes to skate and gather with their peers with similar interests. It’s a great way to get outside and be active and more and more families are participating together. It will also bring revenue to our town as skaters are known to travel to visit parks and dine and shop before/after their adventure.
