Hi, my name is Casey, and I’ve been diagnosed with brain cancer. I’m currently being treated at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and I’ve just started my second cycle of chemotherapy.

This journey has been incredibly difficult—physically, emotionally, and financially. The travel back and forth to Dallas, the cost of treatments, medications, and the toll on daily life have become overwhelming.

I’m doing my best to stay strong and focused on healing, but I can’t do this alone. I’m asking for help covering:

• Medical expenses not fully covered by insurance

• Travel and lodging costs for treatment in Dallas

• Basic living expenses while I focus on recovery
