Mount Zion 7th Day Church Of God (UK International Conference) HQ is located at 333a Sydenham Road, Croydon CR0 2EL and we are joint fundraising with our branch church in Nottingham.
WHY ARE WE FUNDRAISING
As a church organism it is very difficult to receive a grant due to the eligibility criteria outlined by the grant funders, therefore, to raise funds we rely on our dedicated brethren to individually fundraise by sponsoring and hosting fundraising events within the church.
Currently we have an emergency situation at our Nottingham branch church where the boiler that heats the church has broken down. The minister in charge confirms that after several repairs were carried out, the boiler ceased working in September 2022, and requires a new replacement.
A certified gas engineer carried out an assessment for a new commercial boiler and provided a quote for the amount of £9,840.00, this includes labour and fittings. (break down of the quote and a picture of the corroded boiler can be viewed in the updates section below)
The boiler is urgently needed as the bitter cold winter months will soon be here. The church are using small heaters to provide warmth whilst the weather is mild, however, the heaters will not be effective during the winter season.
We are asking you to help keep the Nottingham branch church warm this winter by sowing into the Kingdom of God. Your kind donation will go directly towards a new heating system which will be more energy efficient.
