I am taking on the Irish 4 Peak Challenge on the 21st of June to raise money in aid of SOSAD Ireland.

The goal is to do 4 Peaks in 44hours and would be great to hit a target of €4,400

Every donation will help provide free, accessible mental health support including counselling and crisis helplines for those experiencing mental health struggles, emotional distress or personal crisis.

Sadly we all know someone who has been, or is currently fighting their own battles.

Every donation big or small can help someone.

I am aiming to summit the highest mountains in each of Ireland’s four provinces,

one after the other and all within a 44-hour window:

Slieve Donard (Ulster) – 850m

Lugnaquilla (Leinster) – 925m

Carrauntoohil (Munster) – 1,038m

Mweelrea (Connacht) – 814m
