I was born on September 20, 1981 with Spina Bifida. I am 34 years old. I have had over 30 surgeries and countless health problems but that hurdle has not stopped me. I live independently with my support dog, Boo Boo.  I work with children to teach reading and make speeches that are tailored to children about what it is like to be a disabled person in the community.

On March 26, 2016, I was crowned Ms. Wheelchair Colorado.   My platform is ANTI-BULLYING! I believe strongly in my platform because I have been bullied, it has shaped me into the adult I am now. I would like to tour and share the word about how to stop bullying, what to do with it and how to help if you see something.

My fundraising money will go towards travel expenses to Nationals for Ms. Wheelchair America and various disability conferences.

I would be extremely grateful and humbled if you would help me reach my goal so I can make a difference in this world.
