Hi Everyone, 

My name is Stacy Vinson the mother of Rahkim Shealy who was 31 y/o when he was shot and murdered on July 4, 2021in Yonkers, NY. My son now leaves behind a four-year-old daughter named Kayleigh, dad, sister, brother, nieces, nephews, and family who continues to share their pain and love about his death. We have very little information about the senseless act of violence that led up to my son’s death and we are still struggling to pick up the pieces that remain. He was a great son, brother, nephew, grandson, cousin, and friend. He certainly did not deserve to have his life stolen from him and his family did not deserve to have him ripped away from us at a very young age for no reason . Rahkim demeanor was very polite and easy going. He loved spending time being at home with his daughter who he loved the most. Sadly, his daughter will now have to grow up without a father due to a cruel individual(s) murdering my son.

 

Please donate and help me give my son the appropriate funeral he deserves. He did not deserve to leave me and the remaining of his family and friends the way he did, especially on the fourth of July. Independence Day will never be the same for me and those who truly loved my son.
