Hi, My name is Asif Khan and I’m doing this fundraising for my nephew Rana Sajid Khan. He has been diagnosed with both kidneys failure. He is only 31 Years old and have two very young 3 and 1 years old daughters. He is getting regular dialysis treatment, 3 times a week. We have found a kidney donor for him and we are asking for help in kidney transplant surgery and medical expenses. Any dollar amount will be appreciated.
