Thor's Safe Haven, The Journey:
Thor was a rescue Belgian/Mustang cross who captured the hearts of everyone he met and was the driving force behind our sanctuary.

Thor's Safe Haven is an horse retirement farm located in Granville County, North Carolina, but it's more than that! It is a celebration of the life lessons that Thor passed along in his own way.

Thor inspired a promise: We'll never stop helping horses, especially ones that aren't perfect.  We will never stop fighting for them.  

The funds raised will be used to  to have permanent wood fencing installed.  We have a goal of having the perimeter board fencing installed by May 1st as we have more senior horses coming in to live out their lives free from worry.

We are a 501(c) 3 organization and a North Carolina non-profit coporation.
