Shane Nguyen, a beloved husband, father and retired Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, has been diagnosed with an aggressive terminal illness. He was released from the hospital to home hospice care in late September, where he is currently spending time with his loved ones. Several Bravo Company, 4th LAR Marines have planned this funding effort to help alleviate the family of their medical bills in this extremely difficult time.
