Anyone you talk to about Jay will say one thing first, “he was such a great father.” We know he would want to be sure his family is provided for and we are fundraising to help do just that.

Jay was a flight medic for the United States Air Force, and a nurse in the trauma unit at University Hospital. He was tragically taken from his family and friends by a wrong way driver on Christmas Eve. Your contribution will be used to take care of bills and help give piece of mind to his mom and sister who will be taking on the task of handling his personal affairs. Services will be announced very soon. Jay’s mom, sister, and close friends in his AF unit are admins for this GoFundMe. Ms. Guadalupe, Jay’s mom, will be utilizing this GoFundMe for funeral arrangements and any excess will be used for the 2 young boys for school.
