Maple Sugarbush Festival Griddle Fundraiser
Donation protected
For the past 47 years, Wesselman Woods has hosted the Maple Sugarbush Festival and Pancake Breakfast. At the event, we serve over 1,400 people with an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast.
We have been using the same griddles for about 30 years, and time has taken its toll on these important tools! One griddle is down to only half of a working surface, and the other griddle is missing parts. Because of their age, the parts are no longer available to fix these items.
We are asking for the community's help in fundraising for a new set of griddles to help us serve the attendees of our most beloved tradition and our biggest annual fundraising event.
We have received a quote from a local company, Jarvis Food Equipment, for two brand new commercial-grade griddle setups. The $11,000 we are requesting will pay for two gas griddles, the mobile "countertops", the caster wheels, and shipping.
Help us serve the community for the next 50 years! Donate today.
