I am raising funds to help my family during the on-going War. I am seeking out kind souls and helping hands in our time of need. We have all endured unimaginable hardships due to the war that has been taking place in Gaza.

I live in Gaza and was working as social activist and freelancer (I dont have permeant work). My father worked hard and for tens years in order to build us the family house full of cherished memories (our home and everything). Also, I worked for years in order to start my own business. Unfortunately, the whole building was destroyed as a result of Israeli bombardments along with the building where my workplace was (Pictures for both provided at the end). My family and me were all displaced and on the run. Having no choice but to shelter in tents that are made of thin plastic sheets and wooden bars.

Like many Palestinians, they have been deprived of basic life necessities and can barely stay warm in the cold winter. My childhood memories were buried in the rubbles under the house we used to live in. Feeling empty handed, and powerless in the face of such a tragedy, the family find themselves in enviable position to have to start all over again.

أقوم بجمع الأموال لمساعدة اهلي خلال الحرب المستمرة. لقد تحملنا جميعا صعوبات لا يمكن تصورها بسبب الحرب في غزة.

أعيش في غزة وأعمل كناشط اجتماعي وفي العمل الحر (لم يكن لدي عمل دائم). لقد عمل والدي بجد ولمدة عشرات السنين من أجل أن يبني لنا منزل العائلة المليء بالذكريات العزيزة (بيتنا وكل شيء). كما أنني عملت لسنوات من أجل بدء عملي الخاص. ولسوء الحظ، تم تدمير المبنى الذي يتواجد فيه منزلنا بأكمله نتيجة القصف الإسرائيلي بالإضافة إلى المبنى الذي كان فيه مكان عملي (الصور مرفقة بالاسفل) . لقد نزحت أنا وعائلتي جميعًا وهربنا. ليس لديهم خيار سوى الاحتماء في الخيام المصنوعة من النايلون (بلاستيك) الرقيق الذي لا يحمي من شيء

ومثل العديد من الفلسطينيين، فقد حرمنا من ضروريات الحياة الأساسية وبالكاد نستطيع الحصول على الدفيء في هذا الجو البارد والشتاء القارص. لقد دُفنت ذكريات طفولتي تحت الأنقاض أسفل المنزل الذي كنا نعيش فيه. ومع شعور الأسرة بالعجز والعجز في مواجهة مثل هذه المأساة، نجد انفسنا في وضع لا نحسد عليه حيث يتعين عليها البدء من جديد.
