Blindsided by a Diagnosis

I was recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I am a teacher, rock climber, science nerd and nature enthusiast who needs a some help getting back on my feet (pun most definitely intended).

Right now, my I have pain and numbness in my lower extremities, and I am struggling with fatigue, brain fog and mobility. My diagnosis and symptoms came on very quickly, and have changed my life in dramatic ways.
