Hello Friends and Chaparral Family:

In January 2021, our beloved and heroic friend and fellow educator, Sandra Tulbure, was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The year was filled with surgeries and treatments with the obvious goal of remission and a return to work for the 2022-23 school year.

However, Sandra’s healing journey has not gone as planned and the cancer has returned. Sandra is once again facing a battle on both the physical and financial front. Sandra faces this latest challenge with her usual strength and positivity, as she manages the side-effects of the new, more aggressive treatments.

Those closest to her know that there is nothing we can do to lessen the discomfort, but there is something we can all do to ensure that worry over finances doesn’t add to her burden. Sandra, once again, needs the help of her community to aid her in this most recent battle.

Any amount you donate would be greatly appreciated, and ease the stress, allowing her to focus on managing her health during this critical time.
