We are heartbroken to share the news of Sue's husband's passing.

On April 24th Rick was picking avocados from their beloved tree in their backyard when he fell 15 feet and was severely injured.  He had two surgeries and unfortunately, contracted pneumonia while in the hospital.  He had been struggling with his breathing but was unable to fight it and passed away on May 5th.

Sue had been at his bedside from the beginning and is devasted by her loss.  We would like to show our love and support and thought setting up a gofundme is the best way to help take care of these unexpected expenses.

Her siblings have been with her throughout. 

Rick was her ‘everything’ and we are here to help in any way we can.

She’s thankful for our support, our prayers and is overwhelmed with the amount of love she's already been receiving.
