Ms. Sonya's House Fire Recovery Fund
Donation protected
Our beloved teacher and friend, Ms. Sonya, lost her family home to a devastating fire this week. One of her daughters had to be taken to the hospital with a head injury, but thankfully no one else was seriously injured in this tragic event. Due to the fire and smoke everything in the home was impacted or destroyed.
Sonya has been a preschool teacher for many years and is very active in her church community. She always has a smile and song every morning to greet the children and parents at school. Her laughter is contagious and it radiates throughout the classrooms and halls. It is easy to see why she is loved by so many.
Sonya provided a home for two of her daughters and for her one year old grandson. When the fire ripped through their house, they also lost everything. They are currently staying with friends and family as they try to figure out next steps.
Please help us in raising funds for her to begin the process of rebuilding her home.
