Mrs. Nefira’s family is devastated by the tragic sudden loss of their 22-year old daughter, Lejla Avdic, on Friday, September 25th.  

Lejla was a kind strong-spirited young woman and a brilliant student who was always helping those around her with everything she could. She was studying to become a nurse and had great plans for the future. She spent 2 years as a summer aide at New Einsteins Academy and was loved by students and teachers alike. Lejla will be greatly missed by all of us at NEA.  

New Einsteins Academy is raising money to help Ms. Nefira’s family with the funeral costs. Please consider a donation to help Mrs. Nefira while her and her family mourn their loss.
