Lennox Munro had just brought her daughter Lindsay & grandchildren to stay with her in Altadena the day before the firestorms broke out. A newly single mom, Lindsay is raising a son on the autism spectrum and a little girl just 3 years old.

Lennox taught decades of children in area schools-- you might be one of them.

Please help this multigenerational Altadena family recover from the unimaginable. Their home will not be habitable for months, and the fire left them with an unrecognizable (and not child-friendly) neighborhood. They will need more help than most even with non-emergency-related expenses in the months to come, so please help them stabilize for these next few weeks. I am organizing this gofundme for them as Lennox, Lindsay and I all lived in a nontraditional family setting together during my childhood. Lennox was a second mother to me, Lindsay is like a sister.
