My MS battle!

Hello my dear friends and family. I am not sure who knows my situation, I will explain. Over 10 months ago, I fell on the floor trying to get out of bed. I could not get up and had the fire dept called and I was taken to hospital. They "diagnosed" me has having a stroke. I had no use of my left side of my body. After days of testing the neurologist advised me I didn't have a stroke. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I struggle and work hard to not let this disease beat me. I never thought I would walk, cook or be a woman I was born to be. I have to use a wheelchair and walker now but I have improved.
I am ashamed to ask for this help, but I have run out of options and I'm desperate. lt is time to go home now. I will have therapy and nursing at home. The problem is I need a porch with a ramp to get in and out of my house. I have no money and all the so called agencies turned me down repeatedly. Can you help me, I promise when I beat this disease I will do what I can to pay it forward. I will be totally grateful to you.
