A Faubion Elementary Special Education Para Needs your help!!!
Demetria Ford is currently undergoing diagnosis for stage 3 or 4 lung cancer. Due to increasing cost for testing, a fund has been started to assist with her an opportunity to focus on healing vs vastly rising expenses.
She has been advised of Surgery, Radiation, Chemo and medications to treat her battle for life. Demetria could also use assistance with supplies for her home and transportation. Treatment is expected to began by August.
Demetria has been a Special Education educator for 15 yrs and currently works at Faubion Elementary School in Portland. Her tenacity and creative teaching style has been a key in helping some of the children that may have been considered difficult to educate. She extends this same love and support in the community to anyone she knows can use her support. As a community we can give back to this gem with any size donation to assist with her challenges during this difficult time.
