Mr. Stake is the kindest creature I have ever been blessed enough to have in my life. Ever since I adopted him when he was 3 months old, he has been one of the greatest sources of joy in my life.

For over 7 years, he's kept my spirits high when the world would try to tear them down, and I've done my best to provide a life worthy of his kind and gentle spirit.

Unfortunately, he came down with a rapid onset case of severe pneumonia, and the care he requires has pushed me into a financial corner.

I want to save my best friend. Or at the very least provide him better comfort in his final hours.

UPDATE:

Mr.Stake passed away the morning of October the 1st. I was able to be by his side in his last moments. He is and will always be loved and I pray he knew just how much.
