In honor of Mrs. Janet Sampson

Hello friends and family my name Audrey Sampson daughter to Lee &Janet Sampson. Our family is establishing this GoFundMe due to the tremendous outpouring of love & kindness expressed to my brother Kevin and I over the past few days. Our mother, aka Mrs.Sampson was a mother, mentor, educator, sister, neighbor and friend to many students, parents and citizens from Chicago (childhood city) to Lynwood CA. She loved working in Lynwood Unified School District and participating in Lynwood citywide activities. We were blown away by the response to her passing on social media, even the students who earned poor grades highlighted that she told them that they EARNED every bit of said grade! Funds will go towards arrangements and establishing a memorial fund to assist students at Lynwood High Schools. We are working on the focus but I know she always encouraged students from her nursery school Hickory Pine Pre-School in Compton, middle schoolers at Hosler and the students at Lynwood HS to work hard & smart (and to act like you got some sense!)
