Lending a Helping Hand
There are times in our lives when we need a helping hand. In this season of uncertainty, one of our very own friends, Mrs. Norma Linda Vega, has been experiencing hardship since July 2020 when Hurricane Hannah hit the valley.
Mrs. Vega’s residence was damaged by the storm to the point that she had to relocate to a motel room for six months. Her insurance reimbursement was not even close to covering the house damages that occurred.
In the process, all her appliances were discarded and have not been replaced. Mrs. Vega was able to save her Bible, family photos, and a couple of personal belongings before the flood water damaged everything.
She has been an exemplary friend and colleague that has always gone above and beyond for our students, parents and staff.
At this time, Mrs. Vega’s friends are reaching out to you for any monetary assistance that you can donate to purchase appliances, a/c unit, and finish repairing her home. Whatever the amount, it will be heartfelt by Mrs. Vega.
