As a teacher, I see every day how much confidence and joy a child’s smile can bring — and how important it is for every child to feel special, loved, and confident in themselves. That’s why I’ve decided to cut my long hair and donate it to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that creates beautiful real-hair wigs for children and young people who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment or other conditions.

The Little Princess Trust provides these wigs completely free of charge, but it costs around £700 to make and fit just one wig. Alongside donating my hair, I’d love to raise money to help cover the costs of making more wigs and bringing smiles to even more children.
