Oluwaseun Florence Onibokun-Oni a mother of three was diagnosed of Cervical and Lumbar Spondylosis with Spine deformity in the 2016 and since then, she visited four different hospitals in Nigeria. She has also been to Apollo Hospital in India in 2018,but with all these treatments. She still haven’t improved. Her illness has progressed and now diagnosed as Neuropathy with Severe Muscle Atrophy.

She has shortness of breath, Constant Chest pain and Palpitations; she cant walk without support and sitting is pain for her, even feeding by herself is pain, she has to be guided by her husband to perform any simple task. illness has affected her eye sight and bowel movements.
she is now at Mayo Clinic Rochechester, Minnesota. $ 21000 is needed before she can receive treatment for MRI, Bone Test etc 
She is been in and out of hospitals and even here in Rochester, MN.
The illness is deteriorating and she is looking for your help.
