I am bringing awareness to the community of the house fire of a very well known and beloved teacher of Manatee County for over 3 decades; Mrs. Marie Mannion.

On December 3rd her home in Mill Creek caught fire and received extensive damage to roof and upper story as well as water and soot damage the the remainder of the home, leaving Mrs. Mannion and her grandson Wyatt unable to live in the house due to the damages. Mrs. Mannion is in her first week of retirment after 1 job and 36 years teaching in Manatee County .
