Hi my name is Beckie and it breaks my heart to have to write this. We lost our beautiful, kind and caring mother last night to cancer. We knew something wasn't right a few weeks ago so we had her checked into the hospital for a few days to try to find out what was wrong. We were told she had blood clots in her lungs, anaemic and needed blood transfusions. With so many trips to the hospital the last few weeks for xrays, mri's, ct scans we finally found out that she had stage 4 womb cancer which had spread across most of her body. After seeing so many doctors and professionals we were told she had 8-12 months to live. But she only made 8 days. She was on so many different medications and was very weak which caused her health to deteriorate fast and before she could even start treatment she passed away in our dads arms.

We've had no time to prepare for funeral costs and weren't able to get life insurance set up in time which has now left my dad in a bad financial way. He is really struggling with all this so we are hoping there are people out there that will be willing to help a family in need. We don't have much money between us all and would like to be able to give her a nice service and send off that she deserves.

Linda was a wife for 36 years, a mother to 6 amazing children and 6 beautiful grandkids. We are all trying to get our heads around her death as we were told we would be able to be with her for much longer. Any donations big or small will be very appreciated.
