Hello! This is Bear, he’s a 7 year old English Bulldog who lives with his mom Lady whose 9 years old, and his 5 humans. Bear began having seizures in December 2020 and recently have became more frequent and severe. He recently went to BluePearl emergency vet due to a cluster seizure, which lasted about 5mins. He’s currently on 3 medications(Keppra, Phenobarbital and prednisone) which cost about $150/month. The doctor has advised MRI scans & possibly surgery to figure out why he’s still having severe seizures more frequently(about every 2 weeks) even while medicated on 2 very strong medications and a steroid.
