Hello, My name is Mr.Chase and i suffer  from Kidney Failure-and i have been on Diaylsis for over 3 years .  Its been very tough day by day to sustain my life.  I started my search for a donor for a kidney thru all of social media.  After telling my story last year , a donor has come forward .  Jason Hank Hankins has come forward to donate me his kidney--and im overjoyed about it !!!
