After three years of living valiantly with brain cancer, our beloved Thomas peacefully passed away on August 11, surrounded by his loving family. As a husband, father, son, brother, friend, and spiritual guide locally and globally, Thomas gave profound gifts to everyone he touched throughout his 62 years. Every step of the way, he taught us immeasurably how to live with love, spirit, generosity, gratitude, light, kindness, wisdom, humor (and so much more). To quote a recent post on his Caringbridge site, "Losing Thomas is seismic."

Financial support through an earlier fundraiser meant so much to Melissa and Thomas, allowing Melissa to take unpaid leave this past spring to spend Thomas’ final months with him. Having closed the earlier GoFundMe, this smaller Fundraiser is to help the family cover the respite room, only a portion of which is covered by insurance and other unexpected end-of-life & memorial costs.
