Our beloved father, Nsougan “John” Sessou passed away on April 19, 2023 from chronic renal disease. He was a loving husband, devoted father of 6 children, and grandfather to 7 grandchildren. Our father was a hardworking man of who strived to provide for his family. He was a God fearing man, a business owner, a talented carpenter, and a successful baker. Although he wasn’t a man of many words, a smile was always on his face. From the many jokes he told to the wise advice he would give, he touched the lives of many. We are deeply saddened by his passing and will miss him tremendously.

Our father spent his final moments in our native country of Togo. We are asking for your help to raise funds for his funeral service. His wife, children, and grandchildren all reside in the US, and are in need of emergency travel funds. Our hope is to honor his legacy by giving him a respectable funeral service with all of his family present.
