Joe is a rare individual who left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Whether he was Fixing something for someone, creating things out of wood, dancing at the Bailes or just “ Puro kick back “. He brought joy, laughter, and a sense of fellowship and camaraderie to every room he walked into. His spirit and personality were infectious: one you couldn't help but love and appreciate. Joe’s departure undoubtedly leaves a void in the lives of his family, his friends, his community.
