Everyone I would like you to meet Groot! Groot is my handsome 2 year old Rottweiler and he is probably the most loving, sweet, gentlest, snuggly dog you could ever meet. Despite being so young,when he was only a year old, the vet told us that he has Cranial Cruciate Ruptures in both his back legs, which means he’s never gotten the chance to be a real puppy because he’s in pain every day. He cannot go for runs or long walks with his brothers or play with other dogs. Everything is very limited for him as he unable to walk if he over does it. To fix this issue Groot needs a procedure done that’s called Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy. It is a very expensive surgery with a very long, strict healing process.. But once both legs are healed he will finally be able to play and go run around with his brothers, and that’s all I want is for him to have a pain free rest of his life.
